About Heritage of Cantwell & Weckar Family
Please sign in to see more. Family,
I so enjoy gathering information of our family. I hope that you can enjoy it as much as I do. Many of my memories live in my heart often So many of you have touched my life and held deep in my heart.
I hope you can add your line of family information and share with all of us. Share pictures, stories or whatever you would like. You can make a back up at anytime.
I intended to give everyone a copy of our family tree but this way everyone can be part of it and have a copy also. This excites me.
I will be searching all family in our past to make sure all of our lines connect correctly with them. Maybe even find family members we didnt know we had. I have searched my mother's side of family and have found so many family members that I would have never found in any other way. They live in most every state in America. The hardship they had to go through to make way for us, their family, to make our way into the this country. If not for them we would not be here today.
I believe through the Cantwell side of our family we will discover many things and wonder how our past family ever made it. We will find the times they had to suffer with family loss. We will also find many things that will make us proud of our family.
I will share a little info to show you how exciting our family search can produce. William Cantril b:1575 in Derbishire, England. D:1619, Jamestown, Virginia Colony. William Cantril, Gentleman, arrived at Jamestown, VA, April 20, 1608,by the ship Phenix.
The name Cantril, Cantrell, Cantwell seems to be all the same family. Apparently, they are all from the same country and maybe the same family line. This we will find out more as we go out of this new adventure of our past and to our future.
Hope to add more often and I pray that you enjoy our adventure as a family.
Love to you all,
Jerry Ann
