About HONEYBUN and LANE families
Please sign in to see more. I have been researching our families now for some 50 years. Special thanks go to friends, family and fellow researchers who have helped to build the Web site.{Martin, Jill, Janet, Lyn, Duncan, Jenny, Trevor, Margaret, Lynn, Brian, Richard, Don, Linley, Michael, Marian, Elizabeth, Thelma, George & many more to numerous to mention, through E-mails}.
I was born in Dorset in 1945 and was ten when we moved to Western Australia. I married my lovely wife some 50 years ago and without her help in researching and keying in the site would be no where near where it is today. Thanks!
I have tried to make the site simple and therefore some easy rules should be followed. There are 1400+ different surnames and variations here. Most dates are as close to factual as possible ie way back when! your birth date was not as important as when you were christened so if we have the birthday we will always show it otherwise so called birth-dates are in fact Christening dates. Another example is that we have come across 44 variations of the name Honeybun so for simple reasons we use the same spelling for all. I am sure once you get going around the web site you will be intrigued by the way so many families have touched one another over the years. If you feel you are a part of this family please do not hesitate to contact us with any information that you may have to expand the family for everyone's benefit. |
