About McCorkell Ancestry
Please sign in to see more.
My Name is Astor Marascelli. I compile this together with Dianne Sillitoe, nee McCorkell. This tree includes Ancestry of Storey, Clark(e), Delaney and their branches, Watson, Disney. Radnell and Hewlett. Edwards and Ralph, and many others. A searcher should look through the name list in the first instance.
Revised 22 November 2012. Data has been sourced from living relatives and photocopies of archival files, as well as Pioneer Indexes 1836-1913, Immigration to Victoria 1852 - 1879, Australian Shipping Records 1788-1968, Marriage Index 1921-1942, Death Index 1921-1985, Argus Births 1914-1931 and Marriages 1931-1941, and P.R.O.V. records on line. I thank Joe McCorkell in Ireland for his continued help and information, and his efforts in researching the McCorkell families. http://shippingmccorkells.tribalpages.com/

My aim in publishing on this site is so that anyone searching for this genealogy tree may have the source freely, and I love doing this sort of work. I have been working with Genealogy for some 20 years.

There are some questions arising as to the parentage of Joseph McCorkell for the present the entry will remain as is until I can obtain more detailed information.

If any errors are found please contact me with your corrections or queries so they can be amended. The actual McCorkell Chart prints out to 6.9 meters in length in the compressed format. If printed in "The Master Genealogist Gold" it will print out to nearly 10 Meters long on A3 Landscape 2 sheets high. Some of the other charts are even larger such as Storey and Clark. If anyone has information relevant to this tree and wishes to include it, please e-mail me at astormarascelli@live.com.au, or; diannesillitoe@live.com.au. We will reply promptly to all e-mail queries.

I am aware that some names will appear as being alive when in fact they are deceased and likewise for that of deceased which are alive. This is often obvious because of the dates. It happened on converting the file to GEDCOM 5.5 from Family Tree Maker. These errors don't appear in FTM 2012.

Compiled using FAMILY TREE MAKER 2012. Access to ancestry.com, world records.

The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
