Both were from Scotland; John was born in Lanark, Mary born in Renfrewshire. The tree presented here is sketchy, with some links that need further cross-checking. Some of this family moved across to Western Australia. ***************************************************************************** Edmund & Elizabeth McCOSKER : By 1860 - from Scotland This part of the tree records a relatively small number of descendants from Edmund McCosker of Scotland, and his wife Elizabeth Robinson, born in Van Dieman's Land, possibly of a convict father from Worcestershire England ?

John McCosker also postulated as to whether this Edmund might well be the same Edmund as the son of John McCosker and Mary Highland

Much work needs to be done here and any assistance would be appreciated. ***************************************************************************** Henry & Susan McCOSKER : 1860's - from Scotland and Ireland This part of the tree records a small number of descendants from Henry Charles McCosker of Scotland, and his wife Susan Blundell of Ireland.
