About Robertson Family Tree
It's over 10 years on and I am still collecting and collating. I am still in contact with lots more 'cousins' from all over the world. Did not realize this 'hobby' was so addictive. A very special thanks to Shirley O'Donovan for sending my great aunt, Eileen Ryans (nee Coulon) research and giving me a good head start on my Coulon/Fowler lines.
My new found 'cousins' Elizabeth (Scotland, McBeath line) and Kerrie (Australia, Jewell line) have also contributed and shared some of our family history with me. David Conroyd has been very generous and shared his research on the Cotterel line. Mary Cotter has given me lots of help getting over my brick walls. My Godmother has sent some photos of the Phillips and Silver line and this kind gesture is very much appreciated. Barbara Corrigan has also selflessly sent me her Macleay Family research. Susan Tutin has been researching the Fletcher family for a few years and has sent me lots of gems. Pete and Andre Coulon have visited me and allowed me to scan some very old photos that they have, thanks fellas.
A special big thanks to all the chatters for their on going guidance, help and support, and especially for the photo restorations.
DNA has given me the relationship my aunt had with Sam, as has the Electoral Rolls. I had come to the sad realization that Sidney Robertson is NOT my fathers, father. Was suspecting it, I asked my Godmother if there was any question about dads heritage and she said "yes", dad was always asking Minnie who his father was and she told him he didn't need to know....sigh..... Start with Ronald Robertson, thats my dad.
 Cheers

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
