I would like any help I can get in finding my BIRTH MOTHER who name who ? ELLIOTT from WV, there  are other members of her family Seymour wife Jean/Jane then Linda and a Bobbi also from WV.  I  need the medical info.  Please help if you can.

TAKE NOTE that any info on WV that happen before the Civil War  will state VA.
