About Ancestors...Yours, Mine and Ours
If you want your ancestors added to my tree, just send me their information & I'd be happy to add 
them. This site contains over 5,100 of my great-grandparents & all of their names are in ALL 
CAPITAL letters & have a blue box next to them. My U. S. ancestors include my Riddle, Frymyer, 
Cottrill, Hughes, Maxson, Pence, O'Brien, Babcock, Probst, Hardman, Crites, Barnes, Carpenter, 
Withers, Bourchier, Tanner, McElwain, Nichols, Rector, Davis, Brand, Norman, Greenleaves, Dennison, 
Welsh, Lenthall , Queen & Matheny lines. Most of these families are from Maryland, Virginia, West 
Virginia, Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, North 
Carolina, Delaware & New York, not to mention my thousands of Royal ancestors as well as my 
ancestors from England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, France, Spain, Netherlands, Greece, Belgium, 
Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Lithuania,Russia, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Italy & Austria.

NOTE: It is a common misconception that a coat of arms associated to everyone of a common surname, 
when, in fact, a coat of arms is only passed through direct lineage to the oldest family member, 
who would in turn, pass it on. A coat of arms may also be granted at the discretion of the ruling 
monarch of the involved county in which one lives.

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list.
