This family tree includes all branches of my family who originated mainly in the home counties of  Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, Huntingdonshire, Northamptonshire, across the Thames in Kent,  Sussex and Surrey and further west to Devon and Cornwall, and most of them ending up in London..    During my research I have found that most families in these places intermarried time and time  again, especially in the Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire villages of Pirton, Hexton and Shillington. This is very much an `extended` family tree.   If anyone visiting this website can find any links  with their own families I would very much like to hear from you.   Needless to say, there is  still much research to be done.
