About combined tree
On the paternal side is mostly from Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire, through the Hammond family there is a direct link to the Lucy family of Charlecote Park in Warwickshire this family married into many high profile people.
On the maternal side mostly from Cornwall and goes back as far as 1040 Pagan Prideaux aka Prydas who was the Lord of Prideaux at the time of the Conquest according to the Normans Scribes who changed his name to Paginus , he wasn't a lord probably a tribal leader of perhaps 50 people including slaves. the Normans allowed him to keep his area probably on condition he acted as a guard/watch for possible invasion or pirates although he could have possibly originated in Brittany because of his use of Norman Names eg Baldwin, Richard etc for his sons and grandsons.again this family married into some prominent Norman families.
Initially all of the input will be direct descendants but gradually I will be adding Uncles, Aunts brothers sisters and cousins.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
