Use this tribal pages site to find your kinship, relationships, and write ancestor and descendant reports. If you, yourself are not listed here, be sure to send me your connection and direct line to your relative that is listed here. If your family was listed on the 1880 census in Rush City or Rushseba Township, they are included here.
It is on the ancestry Rush City Project, that all the research happens and all the records, photos, documents, stories, and anything else I have found, is kept. Don't miss out on seeing all the interesting things posted there.
My family was among the very early settlers of Rush City, my great great grandfather chopped the wood that built the Cartier / Krueger family home on the French Road north of Rush City, that is still a family home today.
Starting with every person listed in the 1880 US Federal Census for Rush City, this tree highlights the lives of the early settlers and traces each family line to the last living individual. We will find out who was here first, who left and who stayed.
We are continually expanding our site to include settlers listed on the 1860 census from Chisago County. Almost 55,000 profiles to-date.
We will include historical stories of Rush City's past as told by residents past and present.
