Please sign in to see more.
"IMPORTANT NOTICE"
I have noticed, in many family tree sites that come my way, some researchers have not add my original or my Sources' from my family tree or other places where they research.
""PLEASE NOTE: FOR THE COURTESY OF THE ORIGINAL RESEARCHERS"".
"ALL INFORMATION OR PHOTOS COPIED FROM THIS SITE, PLEASE ADD ALL THE ORIGINAL SOURCES"
                              Including my website
"The Braithwaite - Fritsch - Pietsch - Snaith Families".
I am very happy to share what ever I have that may be of interest to other researchers.
It has come to my surprise that I have noticed family information and photos going into other
website's without adding my sources, I know some information and Photos only I and some very close family
members know//knew about. Thank you all for your co-operation on this matter.

I have tried very hard for the accuracy in my research of the family Tree. if any errors have accrued it is sincerely regretted; any additional information would be gladly received and appreciated for the purpose of the family record.

While you search my site, there is a possibility you will come across mistakes, ie: doubled up on any families, wrong information, I would greatly appreciate you letting me know. Thank again.

                                         ---------------------------------------------

Hi and welcome to my website. My name is Robert (Bob) Braithwaite, I live in Monto Western Queensland, Australia, with my wife Valerie, I have been researching the Braithwaite and Snaith families since my father, Frank Braithwaite died in 1994 and my mother, Gladys Ruth Braithwaite (nee Peach) died the same year, realizing that I know very little about their families in England and Germany.
I know most of the families here in Australia.
I am now researching my mother's family, Fritsch, and Peitsch families, who came out to Australia in the 1800's from Germany.
As I research, I find more and more families are coming into the family tree, so there could be someone here that you are looking for too!
I am always happy to hear from people who can add to my tree.

'NEW ADDITIONS: Will be added as I get new information. I try to verify all my information but, that can be difficult sometimes, due to expense and time etc.
Most of my records in the database are my blood relations, while some are related by marriage or we have cousins in common.

'NO LIVING PEOPLE: Although my personal data contains details of both the living and deceased people, in the interest of privacy, the records on this site are restricted to those of deceased people only.
If there is a living relation who you may think is of interest, please contact me for further information.

    SURNAMES:
    Many surnames have spelling variations.
Tracking back through historical records will often provide evidence of name evolution.
Names were frequently changed with the arrival in Australia to make them easier to spell or pronounce. Many German names were anglicized.
Typically the names adopted in this database is that recorded in the birth or christening records. However, exceptions to this rule have been made when it is clear that errors have been made, in a few cases, simply so as to
keep families together in the index.
In this case the name from the birth/christening will sometimes be shown in the birth/christening information.
Where a place, town or City is shown as a place of birth or death, may in fact be the place where the birth or death was registered,

Please quote the original source of data where this is indicated if publishing it in anyway.
You should also check these or other sources to ensure I have not made any typing mistakes when transcribing any data.
(I am still in the process of putting in more sources)
I can offer no guarantees as to the accuracy of the information on this site. People using the site, to help them in their researches should consider the site as a 'SOURCE', and a guide. Users should seek out the appropriate documents that confirm the information for inclusion in their own records.

If any researchers find I have added any wrong information I would be happy to hear from them.

There may be typing mistakes anywhere in this website, so if anyone spots any obvious errors, Please let me know, as I am a novis one finger typeset.

If anyone has any information, no matter how small, please contact me. I am willing to share any information I have, including any Photos, BMD Certificates, stories, history etc. f it is added in your record's as an original source

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
