About My Reid Tree and all The Branches and Twigs
Please sign in to see more.
My name is William W Reid, Sr. (Will Reid) I
live in Lane County, Oregon, I have been
 working on
genealogy for over 30 years and this is the
 out come.

My main tree that I use for gathering records
and one of my main DNA tree is on Ancestry.com my Y-DNA is on Family Tree
and the other site too so I can harvest the most matches as possible

PLEASE: if you copie any of the photo's DO NOT
once you put them on there they can do what
they like with them Thank you.

The info I have in these pages are on
everyone that is conected to the family
and the marreid line info, if you look at that
 they still are conected to
the tree with thier bloodline influence. I
also have unrelated people listed in the file
 they are
on family names that I'm working on try too go
further back and they might tie into the tree.
I have taken a Ethnicity DNA test and
this is what it showed it could be just a
 hundreds or
even a thousands years ago were my ancestors
 had lived

75% Scandinavian: modren day location are
Norway, Sweden, Demark and as we know Denmark
 is were we
know that the Brabham's most likely came from
then the mix from the Mayflower line waiting
 to come
 over to America
25% Southern European Modern Day Location are
 Italy, Spain, Portugal.
now this kinda blew me away on this for I have
not found any ties to this area as of yet and
time goes on and more people take the test
there could be other info added now this test
 looked at
 both sides of my DNA.

The Update as of 4-21-2020

I have taken the Y-DNA from Family Tree and
had did upgrade. I tested Y-67 for the
halpogroup R-269 then it went RU-198 and final
 is R-JF0004 with a
confirm match too John Read, Sr 1598-1685 is
 the common match

When I started all I had was about 400
names of the Brabham line which is my
grandmother Helen L Brabham's line and I was
able to expand on that line and then I
started on my fathers line with just what he
knew which was little and I have been
able to expand on what the DNA has shown
and been able to connect and expand family names
that are connected to his line
If you find a mistake please let me know
so I can check it out and make the
correction. The main surname lines are Reid
and all spellings, Kellogg, Hammond, Stanley, Brabham,
Quinn, Wood, Perkins, Plumb, Bellows, Burris
 and all spellings.

If you have Photos that you would like
to have me put up I would be glad too,
email them if you can to me with all of the
info you know about the photo and who is
in the photo or email me and let me know that
you have photo's in the email and I
will send you my address and I will scan them
off so just send good copies to me.
If you can put names on the unknown
photos please let me know so I can move
them to the right place in the Tree. I think
some of them are Wood, Perkinis, Quinn,
Plumb but which is which we have no clue
except that some of them were Clara Belle
Wood-Quinn's Photo's that were passed down to
Bessie Belle Quinn-Brabham. I have add other
to the lists and some of them also have
unknowns people in them so let me known which
 one the
 photo is in

I will up date the tree when I have made
changes to my file after I have
checked the info out, Im always working on the
tree in my spare time so when there is
enough info that has been change or added I
will up date the info and for photos I
 add them at any time.

I would like to thank all that has
helped, for with out us all exchanging info
we would not know the big picture.

This Info should be checked for errors, I'm
 not perfect by no means
This info may be used for personal use only
any other use you need permission by me

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
