About WADE NO MORE
This website will serve as our means of communication with our next family. Please comment on various things related to us. Please send us pictures through the "Then and Now" as well comments about what you are up to and would like family participation. We would love to share our memories with those of our siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews, etc.

In 1999, a family gathering was held in Clifton, New Jersey, the attendance was around 175. Unfortunately at that time 19 kinfolks had passed-on from our family tree. In the past we had family gatherings, which was with the paternal grandfather (Wade) side of the family. Our tree now has many branches. Most of the research was done from the genetic makeup of myself “Marnell", the daughter of Annie Mae Wade-Horne, some folks knew her as Aunt Honey. The daughter of Dudley and Ella Wade. I don’t know if it was a diction problem or typo error, when I researched the census records (1910) the names were also recorded as (WODE and ATES) for our ancestor. I also located a site that searches deceased ancestor, Which led me to Great Great relatives. This tree also connects us to moms husband’s side of the family’s (Horne/Holmes). Have fun exploring some new relatives and hopefully this can help your children with a school project on their family tree.

As you move back through each generations, you'll uncover more and more relatives who have lead us to new information about our heritage. All family members listed are welcome to add to this site.

Are there family photo albums? Are there old letters sitting in a trunk somewhere? What about auntie’s or Grandma's recipes? Who ended up with Grandma's old Bible? Has the family ever been mentioned in a book? Is there a famous person to whom we are supposed to be related? Anyone have a funny story. Whatever you have to share, we would love to read about them or see a photo.

Reunion Ideas
This is a forum where you can make any suggestions for the Reunion.

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
