When I realised I was the oldest generation, and so much of the family history handed down had been lost, I decided to put down what I could remember for my children, and find some of what had already been forgotten. Not an easy task!
If you think you can add to my knowledge of any part of my tree I would be very grateful. I am also eager for information about my CORDNER family from Armagh in Northern Ireland, and their descendants where ever they may be.
With the advent of DNA testing both my Brother and I got tested, more than once as testing has advanced, and we can be found on Ancestry.com, 23andMe, and FamilyTreeDNA, and GEDmatch. If you find we are a match please contact me! I would LOVE to hear from you.
Please look in 'photos' at my four mystery ladies. I would love to give them names, and they certainly look like family! I am also adding stories, I hope you enjoy them!
I am in the process of improving my tree. The first step is get all the information gathered from other trees, check for mistakes, and then after adding them here, I will use this as the 'master' copy of my tree. The next step is to try and put in all the citations and sources that I can, as when I began this tree I had no idea about them. Fortunately I have had some wonderful people keeping an eye on my efforts, so they shouldn't be too bad.
