About Preece Gover Perry
About zoom@tribalpages.com

This tree was started when my
mother become ill with Alziemers
Disease.

My mother, Pamela Doreen Preece
nee Perry was adopted in 1930
under unusual circumstances and
her birth mother and father were
never found in her lifetime.
When my mother became ill, i
wished she had been able to feel
the connection that my siblings &
i had always taken for granted
from knowing both our birth
parents.

I wished her birth family could
have had the privilege of knowing
her and perhaps rallied around
her with us when she became so
vulnerable because of her
illness.

I wish I had researched this
sooner, so that my mother could
have connected with them if she
chose to.
This tree is dedicated to her and
I hope it will help to make new
connections, rebuild old
connections and help our family
understand its importance.

Preece is a Welsh name.
It translates from the old Welsh
"Ap-Rhys", basically meaning son
of Rhys. So at some point in all
our lives we all had a welsh
ancestor called Rhys.
