I can't find out how to add one of my pictures instead of one they show or edit the info. All I get when I come to configure the header is to change the picture and choose one they have there. I don't want to continue till I get this figured out

Load at least one picture and info(name - minimum) on one person

THis should change the Welcome message to saying something about how many people are on the site and the latest update.

This new message will change every time you add something to the site - but you can not change the phraseology - only the content - such as hiding the most recent event.

WHen you get the edit dashboard - choose the 'home' tab for editing. This will open your homepage and you will have the option about the picture. Since you have now loaded a picture - you should get a choice of a TP picture or a slideshow of a chosen picture album. If you put the picture into a dedicated album with only that picture then choosing that album will mean the picture stays constant on your home page
