Hi, when I am on a name I can select the KIN item and get a list of all of the kin for that person... name, relationship, age, dates etc. Great! How can I open this list in a spreadsheet or print it?

Thanks

Hi Mark, for Printing Go to FILE ===Print Preview---Print.

For Spreadsheet Open up your Page ( I looked at it in Visitor Mode)

Then use Ctrl A ( This Highlights ) Then Ctrl C ( This Copies ) Then open up EXCEL and use Ctrl V ( This Pastes )

Thanks Les. Since I am on a Mac I just used File/Print and printed to a PDF. (I think I meant how do I save the list, not print it). Printing to a PDF works fine for saving (and printing to)

Spreadsheet didn't work at all. The file is not really tab or comma delimited so the columns don't line up corectly in a spreadsheet.

However, I am good for now so thanks for your help.

Hi Mark, yes I also save as PDF, but thought you just wanted to print.

If you use EXCEL it will work, you just have to increase width of columns, and tidy it up a little bit.
