Something has changed in photos. Before it didn’t show a date for photo unless you added yourself. Now when I upload a photo it shows a photo date and tells how old the person is when picture was taken. The example below is a photo of tombstone. The age of 74 and 69 for John and Mary is inaccurate the date oct 15 2008 may be date photo was taken ??? Everything photo I upload now I have to edit and take off date.

Has anyone else experienced this problem

(Example of photo of tombstone)

Doe, John

1934 - 1999

John is 74 years old in this picture. Also in picture is his wife Mary Doe (69 yrs)

Photo dated Oct 18 2008: John & Mary Doe

We extract the photo date and orientation from the metadata that in embedded in the uploaded photo. This information is inserted into the photo by digital camera and scanners. Is it possible that the photos you uploaded were scanned or were "photographs of photographs" taken on the same day is the upload?
