A relatively quick way of solving the problem of having more same names than Tribalpages program will handle is to specially identify the name relating to the document. In edit > people > name; identify the person by adding a mark such as a ? after first name. Then easy to bring up that name to attach to the relevant document when adding "Media Files" After that saved go back to persons name in "Edit > people > name" and delete the identification mark. A little extra work but does not take long to do that.
