Can't add a new person

I can't add a new person at the moment. The page that comes up says 'New person' on the tab but it seems to be event related. There is a caption for name and there is no way to enter the persons name.
Saving then generates an 'Internal Error', probably because there is no name.
Anybody know what is going on?

I am using the Add New link under People. I then get a page 'Add a new name' which asks if the person already exists on the site. I select 'Male' under the No option. This then gives me a page that has 2 tabs - 'New Person' and 'Citations'. Under 'New Person' there is first a label for Namne which is blank. Under that is Events with 2 option buttons - List and custom. No where to enter a name, only options further down for picking mother, father and spouse/partner.The Save and Cancel button are at the top.
Clicking on the Citations tab does nothing.
Any attempt to save fails. The page seems wrong as where can I enter a name?
I am also getting another problem now with selecting View > Tree. The page doesn't seem to load properly. Also any edit on a person generates the same error message.
Maybe all this is related?

We are looking into this. Our logs indicate that you are using FireFox. Could you try a different browser Chrome/IE/Edge/Safari to see if this is not related to the browser. a page that has 2 tabs - 'New Person' and 'Citations'. Meanwhile, we will begin testing with the latest version of FireFox.
