For one year, i upgraded the site to a premium, but since I have no wish to renew this upgrade, but to revert to the free status, I am always told that my subscription for the upgrade is outstanding, and refuses access to edit the site.

I have raised this countless times with TP without success, perhaps someone may see this from TP and respond.
