No problem if you have a paid subscription site in Tribalpages. You can then download your Gedcom file to your computer and transfer it to Rootsmagic. Go to edit in TP and under files click on download. Save the resulting Gedcom file in your computer.
In Rootsmagic click "file" (upper left of page). In the list below click "import" and follow instructions from there.
