I added my dad, his parents, and a few sisters. When I use the relationship tool, only my g-father’s name shows up. I’ve deleted and re-added both and still only his name. Could it be a setting that I’m missing?

Have you put birth, death dates etc, in for each person. If no death date entered, have you ticked the "Ailve" box as being "No". I suspect that even though you may have gone "back" a number of generations, the "living" test would be driven by an age calculation or not having "not alive" ticked
