This problem has been happening the past few months & is happening right now. When I try to add a spouse, parent, child or whoever (already in my database) to another person already in my database, it simply will not connect that person to the one I want it to. No clue why this keeps happening, but as I add hundreds of names to my site every day, I can not afford these problems or the delays in getting them resolved. TP, please FIX it ASAP! Thanks

I am experiencing exactly the same problem.

I have opened a New Tree - and Paid for Deluxe Membership & I have only been able to put 3 Names on it!!

My son (who is a Microsoft Professional) has also tried unsuccessfully to add names. He is now thinking TP is Rubbish!

It is so frustrating.

Now today I have gone to my Main Tree and am having problems uploading images there... It is crazy!

Especially when we seem to have to wait days for an answer.
