You are not responding to my Messages and not repairing my website which is completely unresponsive here...

I PAID for a Deluxe Website - you emailed me to say there was a special Discounted price... yet I see that it will expire on the 25 Nov 2018 - instead of the expected 25th May 2019 expiry date.

- why such an early expiry when I only just paid for it?

The site is Not functioning properly at all.

Cannot add Names or Images at all.

Only ONE Name shows... no matter how many you add.

As Administrator things are no better... Names can only be seen if you type them in the box - and if you click on them - the Tree does not appear... there were only 3 Names Steven's, mine and his Father - Alan Rumble... but only Steven's name is visible on the Tree.

I added a photo of one of our DNA tree Matches to Steven's Name - but his name did not appear & when I tried to add it, the image did not attach.

I added Steven's daughter Lucy's name in one of the 5 (!!!!!) boxes below his Name (he only has one child), but it does not appear on the Tree either - but now appears on the Name List.

I added another DNA Photo Tree of Steve & his daughter... there Names were on the Name list, but again, when I tried I could not add either of their names.

Click on Tree and you see a Tree with only one Name - Steven and although his parents and daughter are on the list... they do not appear.

If you have no time to Reply to my many messages and are doing nothing at all to repair the site so it works as it should... I suggest you REFUND MY PAYMENT ASAP.

No one should have to pay for something that does not work properly.

SORT IT OUT OR RETURN MY PAYMENT NOW PLEASE.

Then chose the option to 'add Names' rather than a GedCom (because I do not have one with only DNA linked Names - which is what we want here on this TP website).

Next I added my son Steven's Name... that went OK.

Next I added my Name in the 'Mother' box. Entered.

ERROR... Steve's Name has disappeared.

Next went to Name Index... says 2 Names added.

Next brought up Steve's Name - & got this Message...

error:[rumblewoodford] Parameter error.

Why is there no one in the TP Technical Department that is willing to help with this???

Who has collected the Deluxe Payment from me for this website??? Why is there no Contact Us Telephone Number?

I have tried to contact by sending a message via the Contact Us link on the website back in early June...

...still had NO REPLY.

Also been reporting this issue several times on the Technical Board here - there was only ONE Response from Tribal Pages - asking me if I am going to the correct website!

Um YES... I have been building TP Trees since 2004!

I now begin to wonder if Tribal Pages has been Hacked?

THIS SITE IS UNRESPONSIVE

PLEASE FIX IT...

...or OPEN A NEW PAGE & Transfer Over the Payment I made for a Deluxe website...

...or REFUND THE DELUXE PAYMENT MADE FOR THIS PAGE...

I have only glanced at your messages as they are between you and Tribalpages. However I did notice that you say visitors to your site see nothing. I just thought I would say that if I click on the icon at the top of your message your site comes up perfectly in my view. Also if I copy and paste the following link it also comes up OK.

I know that if you look at the opening page the website the website looks ok... but if you try and click on any of the two names that are supposed to be there (as any family member would) - then you would see the error... you get a Message from Tribal Pages saying 'Perameter Error'

Well... that is what I get...

Please let me know if you actually see those profiles.

I want to add thousands of names... but cannot add one that can be attached to with names or images successfully.

Please give it another try and note that I am only writing here to Tribal Pages after having no response at all to any emails or messages I have sent to them via the page or internet.

AND as you see... I get no response from Tribal Pages here either.

That is the only way we have managed to build the RUMBLE DNA TREE.

It's better than nothing... it's ok... it will do.

Just no point in adding photos, because they end up being detached or deleted when we upload the new GEDCOM.
