There is a place where you can select who receives newsletters. Go to your dashboard. Look under the heading labeled "Maintenance" and look for "Newsletter" click the link for Newsletter and a page will appear. You should see a box on the left where you have options as to who will receive the newsletter. Check the boxes for categories of those you want to receive newsletters. You will, of course, also want to make sure you have current email address on profiles for your members to receive the newsletters.
