I haven't been active on here for a couple of years, but when logging in yesterday and again just now, to renew and upgrade my expired subscription, It's not being accepted for some reason, I have tried several times with two different cards, one a Visa Flexi Debit, and the other a MasterCard . Both cards are not being accepted for renewing my Subscription! Can you please advise what I am doing wrong, the accounts I am debiting from are both active and have credit balances that will cover my upgraded subscription. Thank you for your advice!
