This is the same problem that keeps on occurring - I go to open the profile photos and see only text - no photo.

Also cannot edit the text.

So in this case the Member adding this photo to my website has put the date as 2017... so his age is coming up as 96 when he was born in 1920 & died in the 1970s.

QUOTE: Picture dated 15 Apr 2017. ( Henry `Harry` at the age of 97 ) which is obviously Wrong.

So I am stumped. Cannot edit the text and I wanted to make the image the main one for this profile, but can't, because on the profile images it is not visible.

I managed to get to the photo via 'Recently Added Photos'on the Main Page - but when I click on it, cannot edit it at all.

Then if you go to the profile of the person in the image - more photos of Jeffries, Henry `Harry` F. Jeffries, Henry `Harry` F. (1920 - 1977) - the image cannot be edited - SEE HERE:

NOTE - Over the past year this has been happening countless times on many other profiles... in fact I have not bothered to sign in at all lately, because I feel like giving up on this tree. So much wasted time & effort. I am Registered Disabled now and can only spend limited time on the PC now. Please sort this out asap.
