Invited 'Member' unable to add details..

Hello Everyone

Needs some support on the access settings.

These are my current settings:

Tools > Privacy

a) Website Privacy > Membership Model

b) Choose Your Privacy Level > High

I wanted few family members to add or update their direct relatives so I send them an invitation as a 'Member'.

They ARE ABLE to add and modify thru the mobile app, but they ARE NOT ABLE or have permission to change it on the browser in a PC (Where the complete functionality is only available) except to watch the current data.

I have looked around and see so option to edit any entries using a 'Member' permission. The only EDIT option was as 'Edit > Admin Log In' and when they try to log in it correctly denies saying you are not an administrator.

They are unable to make corrections made or add anything new thru the PC. They have to rely on Mobile App and not all are comfortable with small screens.

I am sure it could be some settings or is it a known issue..

Is this just me, or do you all face this..

Some one some directions pls. The support is deaf..

We fixed the "Tree" view so that invited members can add names or make changes. We are working on fixing the other views. Sorry for the inconvenience.
