As well as my own tree I have done several for my friends.

Now I wish to delete these other trees.

I have asked at the support centre but there is no response.

How do I delete an individual tree from my website but keep the one I want to keep

Hi Mj Ebdell

Open up the site that you wish to DELETE go to EDIT and you will see in the box on the bottom Right DELETE ALL NAMES.

Go from there

Make sure that you have selected the correct tree

That only deletes the names, not the whole thing.

Tribal Pages DOES NOT support this is called trimming your tree. You need to do this OFF-LINE and then upload the new GEDCOM. This will overwrite ALL your older tree on the site. BEWARE>>>DO NOT push delete as per preceding message to you. If you do you will lose ALL you photos and newsletter connections.

Hi Thure.

part of what I suggested

*****

Make sure that you have selected the correct tree

*****

There is no way to Delete a tree only the Content. That is why you do this individually.

If you do what you suggest , again you must make sure that you select the individual Tree, otherwise T P will overwrite the ONES connected to the e-mail address

HI Les,

I'm not quite sure I understand. One tree = one TP site.Trees have branches. U cannot delete branches on TP site...only all content including detaching all photos. If U delete one site it will not delete your other TP sites with same email address. I think TP is a robot site. BUT they do change the content slightly from time to time. In 7 tears I've never received a personal email from them. LOL
