All 900 photos were unattached and they won't even respond.

Not the want 24 hours just to accept a GEDCOM. Tribal Pages really is going down hill.

I have an awful feeling that the support has gone away. I hope it's only a vacation, but it seems to be an extended one. :-(

Support must really been away on long vacation...? I've been premium member twelve years and never got a reply from them. Now it took me 24 hours just to get a GEDCOM up-loaded. 800 photos were detached on my site, they would not even respond. Now I'm call Really Unhappy.

I was looking for instructions for something the other night, and I can't even find anything that looks like they might be pretending to be there. I'd be really curious to hear from anyone who has actually received any communication from Tribal Pages (outside of subscription reminders, of course.)
