Creating tree

Just joined and cannot create a tree. Error message is
“Use proper format and user name”
Tried using my name, my email address, & KWS1950 and none worked. What/where is info for correct construct of tree name. I guess I’m the only one who has had this problem

Login into your account by visiting https://www.tribalpages.com
Click the "Create a new Website" link. Type a userID (start with a letter and use a combination of letters and/or numbers)

I’ve done wat you suggested (please read my first email)I tried using KWS1950 & got the error message. Is “handle” same thing as “userid”? Or is it same as “title”
Using different terms than on the create page is confusing.

Please try once more. We fixed a glitch that did not allow uppercase letters.
