Uppgrade help

By mistake i deleted my family tree and I have pay for a premium. When i now imported a new GED-file I can’t get it to a premium Account. Have mailed support but no respons.

What can I do?

Have you tried prayer? Nothing gets swifter action than going straight upstairs to the boss.
