My brother who managed our family tree, has recently passed away. The tree was important to him and our extended family want to ensure it survives him. AFAIK he was the only Administrator. I contacted tribal pages support about transferring Administrator rights over 2 weeks ago but have had no response. His subscription is due in four days: there is no button for the Premium renewal option, just for the Deluxe option - does this mean my brother had automatic Premium renewal set up? Also, is it possible for a non-Admin family member to create a GeDCom backup?

This scenario must be quite common, I’ve seen others raise it here but not a response from Support - perhaps I have missed it and someone can point me in the right direction?

Sorry to hear of your brother passing. If you know the sign in credentials of your brother, login to the family tree and click the my account or just sign into the account page (https://www.tribalpages.com/tribe/member)

You will see a link called "Transfer" on the right. This is transfer ownership. Follow the instructions after clicking the link.

Sorry, we don't know the sign in credentials.

I renewed the subscription yesterday - can you transfer for me? Let me know if you need any further information.
