HORNBERGER ANNIE 5 F W PA PA SNYDER PERRY TWP 1900. This census is barely legible but she is listed as niece. The 1910 United States Federal Census > Pennsylvania > Snyder > Perry > District 153 shows Annie M 14 living with the Underhoffler family: John B 63, Maggie K 54, James M 33. She is still listed as niece.

In 1900 - this child already is living with John and Maggie as niece in Perry - the page is very hard to read( the transcriber put John and Maggie's surname as Ff) - but she appears to have a birth listing as Oct 1895. So I'd look for records from Snyder county, PA
