I have never wanted to print more than a blood line so have never tried to print the whole tree.
If I did want to print my tree I think I would create a Gedcom file on my computer and print from that. For me, copying the whole tree would be a long process. From such a Gedcom file I could print in instalments that are convenient to me.
You must, I believe, be the administrator of the site you want to copy.
