I have had a bit of a "play" with Ctrl-F and as I suspected it acts just like the "Find on Page" function - of which I was already aware.

However, it would not seem to be of help in the example I gave, where I may have mis-spelled Warrnambool as Warnambool and now wish to find all examples so that I can correct them. If it's not on the current page, as far as I can tell, it won't find it.

I am pleased to find that Ctrl-F works for the current page even if the literal being sought does not physically appear on the page - say, at the end of a long note. A global Find at least with, hopefully, a Replace would be of huge help.

Regards,

Ian Marr
