Santa Cristina Gela is an Arbëreshë village in the Province of Palermo, Sicily. It
was founded in the late 18th century by a group of four families of farmers from
Piana degli Albanesi and currently has a population of less than one thousand.
Piana degli Albanesi is an Italian comune in the Province of Palermo, Sicily. The
town was founded on 30 August 1488 by refugees from Albania and currently has a
population of more than 6,000 people.
The family tree starts with a direct line ancestor record but has grown to include
those they married, their parents and children, brothers and sisters, aunts, uncles
and cousins.
